    <International Circulation>:  Adherence is of very important for the protection of hypertension patients， some patients’ lower treatment adherence is related to more factors， and more work is needed for doctors; this includes not only right instruction but also the right drugs， is that correct?
 

    Sharma教授：正如我刚才所讲到的，当我们谈到肥胖相关的高血压时，通常是指容量依赖性高血压，已经证实在此种情况下有RAAS激活。因此，对于合并超重/肥胖的高血压患者，利尿剂与RAAS阻断药物（ACEI或ARB）联用可能是最佳治疗方案。

    Prof. Sharma:So as I mentioned when you talk about obesity-related hypertension you are often talking about hypertension that is volume-dependent albeit we have shown that there is activation of the renin-angiotensin system and so using drugs that block both the renin-angiotensin system like ACE inhibitors or ARBS in combination with diuretics are probably the best anti-hypertensive combination for patients with overweight and obesity presenting with high blood pressure.
